Meet Our Founder
Melaine Andrews, As the founder of Oar & Outcomes, Melaine is committed to helping institutions foster a positive and collaborative environment. Her work is deeply informed by the importance of community learning, the value in sharing storytelling, and the wisdom of elders. She coaches educators to approach problem-solving innovatively, always seeking to maximize the collective intelligence already present within their teams. Melaine's commitment extends beyond her professional endeavors. She volunteers with Northwest Pacific College and Career Readiness, helping youth create their future through career exploration.
